HEALTHCARE
The ANTI-MICROBIAL GEL AIR FILTRATION technology, with its ability to trap the microbial load in the air at a rate of 99.9%, has a wide range of use in the health sector.
With the COVID-19 process, while precautions for individual and surface contact were being taken, as it is understood that one of the most important sources of the transmission was airborne transmission, hygienic air filtration has gained a great importance.
HEALTH SECTOR USAGE OPPORTUNITIES
CLEAN AIR is indispensable for hospitals and clinics. Many microorganisms, known as hospital infections, are re-introduced into the air by ventilation, by clinging to the surfaces of existing and inadequate ventilation systems and filters in terms of anti-microbial effectiveness.
Anti-microbial Gel Air Filter technologies eliminate these risks.

MJH Filters are not only the solution for the indoor air quality of healthcare units, but also for risky places where healthcare workers and inpatients are in direct contact. With its 99.9% microbial retention rate and high air permeability, MJH Filters provide a superior protection.

UGMA ANTI-MICROBIAL GEL AIR FILTER TECHNOLOGY
Hospital infection is becoming history.... "UGMA" is a gel air filtration system that shows the highest performance for microbial purification in the world. It is mainly used in operating rooms of hospitals, intensive care units, as well as burn units, newborn intensive care units, test laboratories and general ventilation systems.
It accelerates the healing process by blocking microbiological agents such as hospital infection, bacteria and viruses.
- It performs above the clean room standards.
- It saves energy.
- It prevents odor diffusion and filters particles.
- It is nature friendly, contains no harmful chemicals.
A new era in healthcare field.
It is mainly used in operating rooms of hospitals, intensive care units, as well as burn units, newborn intensive care units, test laboratories and general ventilation systems. By using the UGMA anti-microbial gel air filter in the field of health, air-borne microbial contamination will be prevented in all areas, especially in risky areas such as surgery rooms and intensive care units.
The biggest cause of infection is airborne microbial transmission. UGMA Filters prevent contamination by eliminating the microbial load in the areas where they are used. It accelerates the healing process by preventing unnecessary antibiotic use. The cost of other filters is high, and the efficiency of microbial purification is low. In hospitals where the use of UGMA is planned, the number and location of the devices are determined by making the necessary measurements, examination and project design according to size of the place, contamination rate, and number of personnel, then the installation is carried out in a short time.
F5 Gel Air Filter consumes half the energy of HEPA filters, at the same time it filters the particles smaller than 0.1 micron which is smaller than, an upper-class filter, ULPA filter filters. The most important advantage compared to conventional filters is the microbial selectivity of the gel filtration mechanism used. This superior technology meets the TSE K 326 anti-microbial gel air filter criteria of the Turkish Standards Institute.
-
- Full performance was achieved during the tests in the pilot areas in which it was applied.
- It has a suspended matter reduction feature.
- Infection transmission in surgery rooms is not a matter anymore.
- Infant mortality has been prevented in newborn intensive care units.
- It has organic odor retention feature.
- Eliminates the risk of infection in burn units.
- In general areas, the transmission of epidemics, including the flu virus, has been prevented.
Comparison of anti-microbial performance of UGMA Gel Air Filters with HEPA Filters
UGMA is designed and installed according to the investigation made by Filkim experts. After this installation, during continuous operation, the number of bacterial colonies in the medium samples decreases to zero as long as the operation is maintained as prescribed in the project. The standard filters such as HEPA, etc., under the same conditions, there is still a microorganism load as they do not have an anti-microbial priority and this situation reduces post-production freshness performance.
